CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. You may cancel your on-line order by emailing customerservice@caribrehab.com, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt. If you do not receive the acknowledgement, please check and verify that you have the correct email address and call us at telephone number 1 246 427 9687.
  2. After we confirm your on-line order, if you do not make your payment within 3 business days of the confirmation, the order will be automatically cancelled.
  3. Deliveries are made usually within 24 to 48 hours Monday through Friday. If you request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, you will be refunded in full.
  4. If you request a cancellation for refund after 24 hours of placing the order, there will be a penalty of 10% deducted from your refund. However, you have the option of receiving a credit for the full value to be used on your next purchase.
  5. If you cancel an order after 24 hours for products that are on limited time offers or sold ‘on special’, a credit for the full value will be given to be used on your next purchase. A cash refund will not be considered in this case.
  6. Same day deliveries are not guaranteed, however if we agree a same day delivery with you, a refund will NOT be considered in the case of cancellation. A store credit for the full amount will be issued for use on a future purchase.
  7. Carib Rehab Limited reserves the right to cancel any order at any time without providing a reason. In such cases a full refund or credit will be issued to the customer.   

RETURNS/REFUNDS POLICY

Defective Items:

  1. All items returned for refund or exchange must be returned within 7 days of purchase accompanied by the original receipt. In case of a refund and the original purchase was made with a credit/debit card, the card must be presented in order to process the refund.
  2. Defective items proved to be caused by the use of improper materials or workmanship are replaced immediately once stock is available and acceptable by the customer.
  3. Where stock is not available, Defective items will be repaired at no cost to the customer.
  4. Where a refund becomes necessary and the original purchase was made by credit/debit card, the same card must be presented for credit.

Non-Defective Items:

  1. All Returns on non-defective items are at the sole discretion of the Management of Carib Rehab Ltd.
  2. Returns on non-defective sale (specially priced) items will not be accepted.
  3. For consideration to be given to the return of non-defective Items, the customer must notify the company within 3 days of purchase and on agreement, the item must be returned within 7 days of purchase accompanied by the original receipt. In case of a refund and the original purchase was made with a credit/debit card, the card must be presented in order to process the refund.
  4. All non-defective items must be returned in the condition in which they were sold and in the original packaging for a refund to be issued.
  5. There will be a 15% restocking fee for all non-defective items to cover collection/delivery, sanitization and administrative costs.
  6. The restocking fee must be paid prior to or on collection of the item.
  7. The company will make arrangements to inspect, disassemble (where necessary) and collect large items such as beds, lift-out chairs, etc. to avoid damage.
  8. For hygienic purposes, Returns will not be accepted on non-defective items worn or applied to the body such as braces, pillows, incontinent pads, etc. or other body contact items such as chairs, mattresses, commodes, etc
