These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this website as provided by Carib Rehab Limited. By accessing, viewing or using this website (as amended or modified from time to time), you agree to be bound to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the website for any purposes.

  1. All images of products shown are either provided by the manufacturer or a photograph provided by Carib Rehab Limited. The images may not necessarily represent the actual colour and may vary based on the device on which they are viewed. However Carib Rehab Limited will make every effort to ensure that the description given is as accurate as possible. In such cases where there are variances, the customer is not eligible for any compensation. 
  2. It is the responsibility of the customer to read the product descriptions carefully before placing the order.   
  3. Carib Rehab Limited reserves the right to cancel any order at any time without providing a reason. In such cases the customer will be informed and refunded in full if payment was already made. The customer will not be eligible for any further compensation for the cancelled order.
  4. The prices quoted on this website are listed in Barbados Dollars inclusive of any local taxes applicable.
  5. Deliveries will not be available on weekends or public holidays.
  6. Where a customer is responsible for an order not being delivered due to incorrect address, incorrect contact number, recipient not available for contact, etc. a redelivery charge may be applied.
  7. It is the responsibility of the customer to check that the order confirmation has the correct details including product, address, date, time, etc.
  8. Where products are ordered but not available, the customer will be notified and given the option to be contacted when it becomes available.
  9. Carib Rehab Limited is not responsible for any human or technical error made by the customer.
  10. Orders cancelled after 24 hours of payment by the customer will carry a 10% penalty to be deducted from the refund to the customer.
  11. The customer agrees that the information they give is true and correct. Carib Rehab Limited reserves the right to confirm any information provided by the customer.
  12. It is the responsibility of the customer to check the delivery in the presence of the Carib Rehab representative to confirm product correctness, condition and quantity. Any damage/discrepancy must be reported within 2 days of receipt. Carib Rehab Limited reserves the right to accept/reject any complaint raised by the customer after the mentioned days.
  13. Carib Rehab Limited will not accept responsibility for any misinterpretation of any product information or any other information provided on this website.
  14. Carib Rehab Limited will not be held liable for any fraudulent activity surrounding the use of any payment facility provided on this website.
  15. Carib Rehab Limited will not be responsible for any delays in order deliveries or in non-deliveries due to natural disasters or due to any reasons beyond its control. In such cases, a full refund is issued.
